Today, the company is led by Joseph DiBernardo, a licensed land surveyor in Vermont and New Hampshire. Joseph brings a strong educational background — with degrees in Business Administration, Environmental Science & Forestry, and Surveying Engineering — along with hands-on experience in every aspect of the surveying field. Since 2007, he has continued the firm’s mission of delivering high-quality, ethical surveying services rooted in both technical expertise and community trust.

Together, Aurelius and Joseph represent a combined 70+ years of surveying experience, ensuring every project is approached with accuracy, integrity, and respect for both property owners and the land itself.

Joseph DiBernardo
Joe was born and raised in Bellows Falls, Vermont, and continues to live and work in the region. He graduated from Bellows Falls Union High School in 1992 before going on to earn a degree in Business Administration from Becker College, followed by studies in Environmental Science & Forestry at the State University of New York, and an associate degree in Surveying Engineering from Alfred State College.

Joe has been involved in land surveying since his teenage years, working summers with his father’s firm.. Licensed as a Land Surveyor in both Vermont and New Hampshire, Joe has led the company since 2007, carrying on a family tradition of accuracy, integrity, and service to the community.
